Coach Chris Wright returns to the Saints for his 2nd year as Head Coach and 4th season overall. He is also working as Offensive Coordinator, Quarterbacks Coach, and Recruiting Coordinator. He was born and raised in the Redmond area, where he was a 4x letter winner in Track and Football. He played Juco football with the Eastside JC program as a center and won 2 conference championships, was named Offensive MVP and was a team captain. After graduating from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Kinesiology and Coaching science and coaching for a year at Eastside, he attended and worked for the University of Washington Football program as a Graduate Assistant from 2019-2022 under Coach Chris Petersen, Coach Jimmy Lake and Coach Kalen DeBoer.

Coach Pop brings energy, precision, and true Interlake pride to the program. Now in his seventh season, he leads the varsity Special Teams and coaches the wide receivers, helping shape a fast, disciplined, and detail-driven brand of Saints football.
Coach Pop is also entering his fourth year as the Junior Varsity head coach. In this role, he develops young players through fundamentals, confidence, and accountability. His goal is to prepare athletes to compete at the varsity level and represent Interlake the right way.
A 1996 Interlake graduate, Coach Pop is committed to giving today’s athletes the same sense of purpose and pride that shaped his own journey.

Garrett Kirschman is happy to return to Interlake this year after taking a year away. He played two years of college football after earning first and second team state honors in high school. This is his 5th year coaching Oline and Dline at the high school level. Him and his wife Lindsey live in Issaquah with their two cats Minnie and Lily. In the offseason you can catch them in Disneyland and traveling with family to places like Hawaii and Arizona.

Coach Rice is returning for his 3rd season with the Saints. He played high school football in Texas. Where he later went on to play outside linebacker for University of Washington. Coach Rice has a wife and son with whom you will see loud and proud at all of our games. Coach enjoys to design graphics, shirts, photography and mentoring youth when he isn’t coaching. Coach Rice is a Paraeducator here at Interlake as well.

Coach Daniel was born in New Mexico and played football as a linebacker and running back at Lovington High school. Coach Daniel also played high school baseball and ended a 60-year drought by winning a state championship! Coach has a great love for the game of football enjoys helping young people to succeed and overcome obstacles in their life.

Coach Roff is returning for his 2nd season as RB/LB coach as well as a Defensive Coordinator and is looking forward to working with the team again this season. He has been Head Coach for both flag football and youth tackle football. Proud father and coach to his 16 year old son - Keegan. He enjoys all types of Music & Audio Production, the great outdoors, and of course - Competition.

Coach Fowler is entering his second year as a coach for the Saints, and his fourth year with the team altogether. After spending last year as the quarterbacks coach, he is now the offensive assistant, helping with anything regarding offense. As part of the most recent graduating class from Interlake, Fowler is just getting started in his coaching career after deciding to stay local and attend Bellevue College so he can continue working with the Saints.
Coach Fowler loves working on and driving his car, eating shawarma, and watching lots of football. Keep an eye out for him at a Husky game, as he keeps his 23-game home attendance streak alive.


The football parent organization supports the Interlake football team by ensuring that the team is successful off the field. We provide support for summer practices, team dinners, away game meals, spirit packs for all players, senior banners, supplies, and team building.
